Sturdivant Progress WSC has a projected project to upsize the water lines on FM 2256 to Inspiration Rd. To improve water pressure for some of our members.
Estimated completion costs as of June 2022 is $330,000.00

Pressure tanks
Sturdivant Progress WSC has plans to replace the pressure tanks at the Village Bend pump station.
Estimated costs as of June 2022 is $25,000.00

Sturdivant Progress WSC has plans to upsize the pumps and install new storage tanks at the Village Bend pump station.
Estimated costs as of June 2022 is $100,000.00 (NEW estimate October 2022) $200,000.00 Project needs to begin before Fall of 2024

Hog Mountain Line and pressure improvements
Replace aging 8" concrete water supply line on Mog Mnt Rd.
A 1.5 mile section of 8" concrete pipeline which serves the northeast quadrant of our system is 35 years old and will need to be upgraded. SPWSC has secured easements to lay a second waterline along the old main. Both will be used until the older line is no longer serviceable.
