Sturdivant Progress WSC is pleased to announce that we now offer eBill. 

On-Line Bill Pay

On-Line Bill Pay is now available. Click the Green "Pay Your Bill Now" Button above or at the bottom of this page to get started.  There is a 3% convienence fee + $1.00 for each transaction. This payment is processed by RVSPAY.net

• Go Green - Receiving your bill by email means we won't print a paper bill for you which helps to protect our environment; saving trees and energy by saving paper.

Benefits of Text Notifications

• Easy - If you elect to receive your bill electronically, we will send you a message one time per billing period.
• Reply-to-Pay - If you have a saved payment profile, you will have the option to pay using your phone. Just reply "Pay" to pay your bill! If there is a fee, you will be notified before the payment is processed. It's that easy!
• Text only? - By choosing text only, you will still receive a paper bill. Go Green and sign up for email as well!

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

 Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (Draft Auth) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

 Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
